Reservations

Book direct with Skagway Float Tours, the only independent operator of rafting tours in Skagway, and receive our special internet pricing (5% tax included in price, not added).

Click Contact Us for specific questions to your group or see our FAQ page for more information. If you are ready to book, please submit the Reservation Request Form and we will call you to confirm your reservation and get payment information.

We don’t charge an advance deposit but charge in full for the tour on the day of the tour.  If you need to cancel, just give us 24 hours notice (see our policy below).

On the phone we will review pick up location and any other questions you may have. We will then email a confirmation letter/ticket to you.

Cancellation Policy:

Our tours operate rain or shine. In booking a tour you are agreeing to pay for all the seats you have reserved unless you give Skagway Float Tours 24 hours notice of cancellation or changes.  Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in your credit card being charged full price for all seats you have reserved.  The only exceptions are if your cruise ship does not make its scheduled stop at Skagway, if the ship is delayed arriving to port, or if Skagway Float Tours must cancel the tour for an exceptional reason.  Please be on time for your tour.  Due to scheduling, if you are late we may not be able to wait for you and we can not give refunds in this case.

All participants must sign a Visitor Acknowledgment of Risks form at the time of the tour.  Children under 18 require parent or legal guardian signature. Our tours do operate in rainy weather so please dress in layers for your comfort. We provide life jackets, rain ponchos and rubber boots for the raft ride.  We provide juice for the hike; bring a water bottle if you like.  We have snack of smoked salmon, cheese, crackers, cookies at the end of all tours.
